I am so excited to welcome you to Café Flow - a very special place where we will create art together, share ideas, learn techniques and celebrate our creative passion. You know what it’s like. You often feel tired, not because you’re too busy, but because you’re not making time to do what brings you joy. It’s easy to get swept up with responsibilities and put off your creative time. Besides, where would you begin?

I know we're yearning to reconnect, find joy and express ourself. That’s why I’ve created Café Flow - The Art Club. I’ll be your creative guide and inspirer and I will give you tools and the courage to add that creative spice in your daily life, step-by-step. And best of all? You can do it from the sanctuary of your own home.







I am Jenny Grant and will be your host... jump in and get inspired!

Get inspired to pick up your paints and just do! In this video I describe how I found the way to my painting process. My painting process is very intuitive and relaxed with a focus on enjoying the process and not trying to focus too much on the result. I have not always been painting intuitively. I got into it 15 years ago when I gave myself time to paint with no wish to create something specific and no need to get any particular results. I just painted, tried different techniques and different supplies. The time I spent painting was the only thing that mattered. I painted like that for many years and the more I let go of the result the better the result became. It was a slow but very rewarding process.

Live Sessions

Each month there will be at least one live session. I will answer questions, show demos and let you behind the scenes. All Live Sessions will be recorded and will be stored in the hub.
